At the end of every phone call you have with your bank, they’ll likely ask you if you’d like to take a brief customer survey etc etc. No one ever thinks too much about it.
But Ally’s not like other banks. They care a little more about their customers. So this year, in a revival of their Banksgiving campaign, we gave that tired old customer service survey a fresh coat of paint. And turned it into the first ever survey that gives back to its customers.
We had plenty of content from our shoot to turn into social assets that went live right before Thanksgiving.
Even in a crowded market where every brand is angling for some feel good press, we got our fair share.
